Teens Take SUMA is a project for which I had to design a logo, identity, and a flyer for the event. They wanted a grunge look for this identity, so I found a typeface that looks spray-painted on, and all the letters look different. The background image is an image of the museum, but it is blurred and has a half tone on it. It is also all in black and white to continue the grungy look. All of the words were meant to be a little bit hard to read, like they're spray-painted or painted on. The point of this event is to be aimed toward teens that want to create art even if they don't feel like they have the most talent. It was meant to look grungy and not perfect so teens could feel included and excited to come to the event. Even the information is meant to have that same feel, even if it's a tiny bit hard to read, so it feels cohesive.
